Opal is my focus app of choice. It's a sign of the times that I have to *pay* to *not* use apps, but since I need this app to limit how much I use my phone (at least for now), I'm happy to pay the $99 per year subscription for Pro.
[Screen time data is sandboxed by Apple](https://community.opal.so/t/export-usage-opal-data/707) in apps like Opal and so never leaves the device. While this is good for your privacy, it also means it's impossible to export screen time data unless Apple makes that feature available (unlikely). However, if you have a Mac there are some options for extracting data stored in your `knowledgeC.db` file like [ScreenTime2CSV](https://github.com/FelixKohlhas/ScreenTime2CSV).
