The productivity apps I use help me seamlessly capture and find information with launchers.
- [[Todoist]]:
- `Ctrl + Space` to capture a task
- `\` to edit a selected task
- [[Notion]]:
- `Ctrl + Shift + /` to access notes
- [[Arc]]:
- `Ctrl + L` to search or browse in current tab (in app only)
- `Ctrl + T` to search or browse in new tab
- [[Obsidian/Obsidian]]:
- `Ctrl + O` to open a note or create a new note (in app only)
- `Ctrl + P` to open the command palette
- [[VSCode]]: `Ctrl + P` to open the command palette (in app only)
As a bonus, use `Alt + Tab` to quickly switch the focus between two applications.
Check out AutoHotKey for Windows.
