- Maintain a single file for each project (e.g., billable project, internal initiative). - Keep running notes with a Level 2 header for each meeting or task. To navigate use 'Outline' in sidebar to find specific meeting/task. - Use Typora to take and review notes (better than Obsidian for longer formats). Open a file in Typora from Obsidian by clicking the three-dot menu and then selecting 'Open in Default App'. - Store each file in One Drive under Documents > Environmental Incentives > Notes (? see note below) - Set Typora to automatically open the Notes folder on open (?) - To quickly begin capturing notes, simply open Typora and navigate to the right File in the sidebar. - Each meeting or task should use a single bulleted list to capture structured notes. - Use Google's meeting notes format: > **Meeting | MM/DD/YYYY** *Attendee, Attendee* **Subject/Purpose** > - Notes > - Subbullets Questions - Should running notes be included in the project's Obsidian folder? Will that make it harder to access notes quickly (maybe pin in Typora?). Will that make it easier to link Weekly Look Back and other concepts?
